Someone preparing for interviews will not work with the same priorities as someone whose goal is to build a strong foundation for the long term.

That is why your roadmap changes according to your progress, results, and the challenges that emerge as you apply what you learn.

Every call is a private 1:1 session tailored to your specific situation, and each session lasts 90 minutes.

We begin by reviewing what we agreed on in the previous session, what was completed, what was not, and the reasons behind that.

We review the problems and questions that came up while you were studying or applying what you learned.

We may explain a particular concept you need to understand.

We may review code or a project you have worked on.

We may do live coding so I can see how you think and analyze the problem, rather than looking only at the final result.

Depending on your current stage, we may work on interview preparation, conduct a mock interview, or review your resume.

At the end of the session, we define the steps, tasks, and priorities you will work on until the next follow-up.

In other words, the call is not 90 minutes of motivational talk or a few quick answers to a handful of questions.

Depending on your level and needs, you will have practical tasks, homework, questions, and periodic reviews.

You may be asked to solve problems, apply a concept, build a feature, or read a particular section and explain it in your own words.

We may also conduct a theoretical or practical assessment to measure your understanding and identify gaps that need work.

The tasks are not intended to put you under pressure or make you complete a large volume of work.

Their purpose is to ensure that knowledge has turned into practical application and a genuine skill.

When you reach the appropriate stage, we choose a project that serves your goal and matches your level.

The project will not simply imitate a video or consist of nothing more than a set of CRUD operations.

We aim to include requirements that resemble real-world problems, and we change some requirements during implementation so you learn how to handle changing requirements.

We conduct code reviews and discuss how you divided the project, the decisions you made, the problems you encountered, and the alternatives you could have used.

The goal is for the project to reflect your understanding and way of thinking—not merely to put code on GitHub.

If employment is your goal, we work on preparing for interviews and assessments according to the type of opportunity and your level.

We review the required fundamentals, discuss technical questions, conduct mock interviews, and practice how to explain your answers, projects, and experience.

We also work on how to analyze a question and respond when you do not know the answer, instead of memorizing a collection of prepared answers.

We review your resume, LinkedIn profile, and GitHub presence, as well as how you introduce yourself and discuss your experience clearly and professionally.

Absolutely. Mentorship is not only for people who are starting from scratch.

We can work on challenges you face at work, understanding the codebase, and dealing with legacy code, debugging, code review, system design, clean code, and architecture.

We can also develop how you communicate within the team and manage tasks, deadlines, meetings, and documentation.

We can identify the skills you need to develop to move from junior to mid-level or from mid-level to senior, based on your current level and responsibilities.

Absolutely. The Software Engineering market is changing quickly, and AI has become a fundamental part of how we work and learn.

However, the goal is not to depend on AI to write everything for you and lose your ability to think and analyze.

We learn how to use AI tools to accelerate research, understanding, and implementation while remaining able to review the output, detect errors, and take responsibility for the code you deliver.

We continuously review priorities based on market changes, job requirements, and the participant's level—not simply according to whichever trend happens to be popular.

No. Throughout your subscription, you have unlimited support through text and voice messages, with a response within 24 hours or less.

You can send a question, share a problem that has come up, or ask for guidance on a decision related to the plan or your tasks.

The goal is to prevent a small problem from leaving you stuck until the next session.

However, support does not mean that I will complete the task for you or write the entire solution on your behalf.

My primary role is to guide you, help you think, and help you reach the solution yourself so you gain real value from the process.

There is no single timeframe that applies to everyone.

The time required depends on your current level, your goal, how much time you dedicate to studying and practice, and how consistently you complete the tasks.

My role is to help you follow the shortest sensible path for your situation and reduce confusion and wasted time.

But no one can guarantee that you will reach a particular level within a fixed number of weeks without knowing your level, circumstances, and degree of commitment.

A mentor cannot learn for you and will not write the code for you.
