1. نطاق الخدمةScope of Service
برنامج المينتورينج هو خدمة إرشاد واستشارات فردية تهدف إلى مساعدة المتدرب في تطوير مستواه المهني والتقني واتخاذ قرارات أفضل بخصوص التعلم والمسار الوظيفي والعمل في مجال هندسة البرمجيات.The mentoring program is an individual guidance and consultation service that aims to help the mentee develop their professional and technical level and make better decisions about learning, their career path, and working in software engineering.
قد تشمل الخدمة حسب الباقة المتفق عليها جلسات Mentoring أو مراجعة Roadmap أو CV أو LinkedIn أو GitHub أو Projects أو Mock Interviews أو Code Review أو System Design أو غيرها من الموضوعات التي يتم الاتفاق عليها.Depending on the agreed package, the service may include Mentoring sessions or a review of a Roadmap, CV, LinkedIn, GitHub, Projects, Mock Interviews, Code Review, System Design, or other topics agreed upon.
برنامج المينتورينج لا يمثل ضمانًا للحصول على وظيفة أو ترقية أو زيادة راتب أو تحقيق نتيجة مهنية محددة، حيث تعتمد النتائج بشكل أساسي على مستوى المتدرب والتزامه وتنفيذه للتوصيات والعمل المطلوب منه.The mentoring program does not guarantee obtaining a job, promotion, salary increase, or any specific professional outcome, as results depend primarily on the mentee's level, commitment, implementation of the recommendations, and completion of the required work.
2. الدفع وبدء الاشتراكPayment and Start of Subscription
يتم سداد قيمة الاشتراك مقدمًا قبل بدء فترة الاشتراك أو قبل تقديم الجلسات والاستشارات المتفق عليها.The subscription fee must be paid in advance before the subscription period begins or before the agreed sessions and consultations are provided.
ويعتبر إتمام عملية الدفع تأكيدًا للاشتراك والموافقة على الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بالخدمة.Completing the payment is considered confirmation of the subscription and acceptance of the service's terms and conditions.
تبدأ فترة الاشتراك من التاريخ المتفق عليه بين الطرفين.The subscription period begins on the date agreed upon by both parties.
3. الجلسات والاستشاراتSessions and Consultations
عدد الجلسات ومدتها ونوع الخدمات المقدمة يتم تحديدها وفقًا للباقة التي قام المتدرب بالاشتراك بها.The number and duration of sessions and the type of services provided are determined according to the package selected by the mentee.
يتم تحديد مواعيد الجلسات مسبقًا بالاتفاق بين الطرفين ووفقًا للمواعيد المتاحة.Session times are scheduled in advance by mutual agreement and according to available times.
المتدرب مسؤول عن متابعة مواعيده والتواصل لحجز الجلسات والاستفادة من الخدمات المتاحة ضمن اشتراكه.The mentee is responsible for keeping track of their appointments, communicating to book sessions, and making use of the services available within their subscription.
4. ترحيل الجلسات والاستشاراتCarrying Over Sessions and Consultations
في حالة وجود جلسات أو استشارات متبقية من فترة الاشتراك السابقة وتجديد المتدرب لاشتراكه، يتم ترحيل الجلسات أو الاستشارات المتبقية تلقائيًا إلى فترة الاشتراك الجديدة.If sessions or consultations remain from the previous subscription period and the mentee renews their subscription, the remaining sessions or consultations are automatically carried over to the new subscription period.
يهدف ذلك إلى ضمان استفادة المتدرب من الجلسات والخدمات التي قام بالاشتراك بها دون فقدانها بسبب انتهاء الشهر فقط.This is intended to ensure that the mentee benefits from the sessions and services included in their subscription without losing them solely because the month has ended.
ويخضع ترحيل الجلسات كذلك لبند انقطاع التواصل وصلاحية الاشتراك الموضح لاحقًا.Carrying over sessions is also subject to the communication interruption and subscription validity clause described later.
5. تجديد الاشتراكSubscription Renewal
يتم تجديد الاشتراك بشكل شهري يوم 30 من كل شهر.The subscription is renewed monthly on the 30th of each month.
وفي الشهور التي لا يوجد بها يوم 30 يتم التجديد في آخر يوم من الشهر.In months that do not have a 30th day, renewal takes place on the last day of the month.
في حالة عدم رغبة المتدرب في تجديد الاشتراك، يجب الإبلاغ قبل موعد التجديد بـ 7 أيام على الأقل حتى يمكن تنظيم الجلسات والمواعيد المتبقية.If the mentee does not wish to renew the subscription, they must provide notice at least 7 days before the renewal date so that the remaining sessions and appointments can be organized.
ولا يعتبر الاشتراك مجددًا إلا بعد سداد قيمة فترة الاشتراك الجديدة ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.The subscription is not considered renewed until payment for the new subscription period has been made, unless otherwise agreed.
6. الالتزام بالمواعيد والتأخيرPunctuality and Delays
يُسمح بالتأخير لمدة لا تتجاوز 15 دقيقة من موعد بدء الجلسة.A delay of no more than 15 minutes from the session's scheduled start time is permitted.
في حالة تأخر المتدرب يتم استكمال الجلسة خلال الوقت المتبقي من موعدها الأصلي، ولا يتم تمديد مدة الجلسة بسبب التأخير.If the mentee is late, the session continues for the remaining time of its original appointment, and the session duration is not extended because of the delay.
وفي حالة التأخير لأكثر من 15 دقيقة دون إبلاغ مسبق، تُحتسب الجلسة كأنها تمت ولا يحق المطالبة بجلسة بديلة.If the delay exceeds 15 minutes without prior notice, the session is counted as completed and the mentee is not entitled to request a replacement session.
وفي حالة وجود ظرف طارئ يتم التعامل مع الأمر بشكل مرن وفقًا للحالة وبعد التواصل.In the event of an emergency, the matter will be handled flexibly according to the circumstances and after communication.
7. عدم الحضور وإعادة الجدولةNo-Shows and Rescheduling
في حالة عدم قدرة المتدرب على حضور الجلسة، يجب الإبلاغ قبل الموعد بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل.If the mentee is unable to attend a session, they must provide notice at least 24 hours before the appointment.
عند الإبلاغ خلال المدة المحددة يمكن إعادة جدولة الجلسة وفقًا للمواعيد المتاحة.When notice is provided within the specified period, the session may be rescheduled according to available times.
أما في حالة عدم الحضور دون إبلاغ مسبق أو الإبلاغ قبل الموعد بمدة أقل من 24 ساعة، فيحق احتساب الجلسة كأنها تمت.In the event of a no-show without prior notice, or if notice is provided less than 24 hours before the appointment, the session may be counted as completed.
ويجوز استثناء الحالات الطارئة أو الظروف الخارجة عن الإرادة بعد التواصل والاتفاق بين الطرفين.Emergencies or circumstances beyond the mentee's control may be treated as exceptions after communication and mutual agreement.
8. إلغاء الاشتراك واسترداد المبلغSubscription Cancellation and Refunds
لا يتم استرداد قيمة الاشتراك بعد بدء الاستفادة الفعلية من الخدمة أو بدء فترة الاشتراك، وذلك دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية يقررها القانون.The subscription fee is not refunded after the mentee has actually begun using the service or after the subscription period has started, without prejudice to any mandatory rights established by law.
وفي حالة وجود ظروف طارئة تمنع المتدرب من الاستمرار مؤقتًا، يمكن مناقشة إمكانية تأجيل الجلسات أو إعادة تنظيمها وفقًا للحالة وبعد الاتفاق المسبق.If emergency circumstances temporarily prevent the mentee from continuing, the possibility of postponing or reorganizing the sessions may be discussed according to the circumstances and following prior agreement.
9. مسؤولية المتدربMentee Responsibilities
دور برنامج المينتورينج هو التوجيه والإرشاد والمساعدة في اتخاذ القرارات وتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف ووضع خطوات عملية للتطوير.The role of the mentoring program is to provide direction and guidance, assist with decision-making, identify strengths and weaknesses, and establish practical steps for development.
ويظل المتدرب مسؤولًا عن تنفيذ التوصيات والمذاكرة والتطبيق والتقديم على الوظائف والعمل على تطوير مستواه.The mentee remains responsible for implementing the recommendations, studying, practicing, applying for jobs, and working to improve their level.
ولا يتحمل البرنامج مسؤولية النتائج الناتجة عن عدم تنفيذ المتدرب للتوصيات أو عدم التزامه بالخطة المتفق عليها.The program is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the mentee's failure to implement the recommendations or follow the agreed plan.
10. التواصل وتنظيم المواعيدCommunication and Scheduling
يتم التواصل الأساسي بخصوص الجلسات والمواعيد والتحديثات المتعلقة بالاشتراك عبر WhatsApp أو وسيلة التواصل التي يتم الاتفاق عليها.Primary communication regarding sessions, appointments, and subscription-related updates takes place through WhatsApp or another agreed communication method.
يتم تحديد مواعيد الجلسات مسبقًا، وأي تعديل أو إعادة جدولة يجب أن تتم بالتنسيق بين الطرفين.Session times are scheduled in advance, and any changes or rescheduling must be coordinated between both parties.
ويُنصح المتدرب بعدم الانتظار حتى نهاية فترة الاشتراك لحجز جميع الجلسات المتبقية، حيث تخضع المواعيد للتوافر.The mentee is advised not to wait until the end of the subscription period to book all remaining sessions, as appointments are subject to availability.
11. انقطاع التواصل وصلاحية الاشتراكCommunication Interruption and Subscription Validity
في حالة انقطاع المتدرب عن التواصل أو عدم حجز أو حضور أي جلسة لمدة 30 يومًا متتالية دون إبلاغ مسبق، يتم اعتبار الاشتراك متوقفًا مؤقتًا.If the mentee stops communicating or does not book or attend any session for 30 consecutive days without prior notice, the subscription is considered temporarily paused.
وفي حالة استمرار عدم التواصل لمدة 45 يومًا من تاريخ آخر جلسة أو آخر تواصل فعلي، يُعتبر الاشتراك منتهي الصلاحية.If the lack of communication continues for 45 days from the date of the last session or last actual communication, the subscription is considered expired.
وفي هذه الحالة لا يتم ترحيل الجلسات أو الاستشارات المتبقية تلقائيًا، ويمكن إعادة تفعيلها فقط بعد التواصل والاتفاق المسبق وفقًا للظروف والمواعيد المتاحة.In this case, the remaining sessions or consultations are not automatically carried over and may only be reactivated after communication and prior agreement, according to the circumstances and available times.
12. تسجيل الجلسات والمحتوىSession Recordings and Content
لا يجوز تسجيل الجلسات أو إعادة نشرها أو مشاركة أي محتوى أو ملفات أو مواد خاصة يتم تقديمها خلال برنامج المينتورينج مع أطراف أخرى دون الحصول على موافقة مسبقة.Sessions may not be recorded or republished, and no private content, files, or materials provided during the mentoring program may be shared with third parties without prior approval.
وأي Materials أو Templates أو Documents يتم تقديمها للمتدرب تكون للاستخدام الشخصي ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.Any Materials, Templates, or Documents provided to the mentee are for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
13. خصوصية المعلوماتInformation Privacy
يتم التعامل مع المعلومات التي يشاركها المتدرب خلال جلسات المينتورينج باحترام وخصوصية.Information shared by the mentee during mentoring sessions is treated with respect and privacy.
وقد يتم استخدام تجارب أو نتائج أو Feedback المتدربين لأغراض تعليمية أو تسويقية فقط بعد الحصول على الموافقة اللازمة أو بعد إزالة أي معلومات تسمح بالتعرف على صاحب التجربة.Mentees' experiences, results, or Feedback may be used for educational or marketing purposes only after obtaining the necessary consent or removing any information that could identify the person concerned.
14. تعديل الشروط والسياساتChanges to Terms and Policies
قد يتم تحديث بعض شروط الاشتراك أو سياسات البرنامج مستقبلًا بهدف تحسين وتنظيم الخدمة.Some subscription terms or program policies may be updated in the future to improve and organize the service.
ولا تؤثر أي تعديلات جديدة على فترة اشتراك تم الاتفاق عليها بالفعل إلا بعد إخطار المتدرب أو عند بدء فترة اشتراك جديدة.Any new changes do not affect a subscription period that has already been agreed upon unless the mentee is notified or a new subscription period begins.
15. الموافقة على الشروطAcceptance of the Terms
بإتمام عملية الاشتراك أو سداد قيمة الخدمة، يقر المتدرب بأنه قام بقراءة هذه الشروط والأحكام وفهمها والموافقة عليها قبل بدء الاستفادة من برنامج المينتورينج.By completing the subscription process or paying the service fee, the mentee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions before beginning to use the mentoring program.
